Kimberly Harbin is an associate in the Corporate Group of Morrison & Foerster's New York office. Her practice focuses on general corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital finance, joint venture agreements, and securities law, for both domestic and international clients. She also advises non-profit organizations on business structure and general corporate guidance matters.
Ms. Harbin received her J.D. in 2007 from Harvard Law School, where she served as the president of the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau. She received her B.A. in 2003 from Tufts University, where she majored in International Relations and German Studies.
She collaborated with partner Michael Braun on the book "Doing Business in the U.S. – a Practical Guide to M&A for the Japanese Businessperson," Yuhikaku Publishing Company, Ltd. (2009).
