Kristine Chan is an associate resident in the Hong Kong office. Her practice focuses on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Her experience includes advising on Hong Kong initial public offerings, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and general corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Chan was a corporate associate in a leading international law firm. Ms. Chan is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and she worked for a leading international accountancy firm and investment bank.
Ms. Chan received her LL.M. from University College London and PCLL from the City University of Hong Kong. She is also a member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Ms. Chan was admitted to practice in Hong Kong in 2008 and she is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
