Matthew King is an associate in the Technology Transactions Group in Morrison & Foerster’s New York office.
Mr. King’s practice focuses on licensing transactions, services agreements, privacy and data security issues, and IP-intensive mergers and acquisitions. He has represented clients on several major outsourcing transactions, working with both domestic and foreign vendors. He has worked with a variety of clients across a range of industries, including a global media company on several digital media and services transactions and a major transportation company in its outsourcing of certain infrastructure and information technology functions.
Mr. King earned his J.D. cum laude in 2007 from Fordham University School of Law, where he was Associate Notes and Articles Editor for the Fordham Urban Law Journal. He received his B.A. from Columbia University in 2001. Mr. King is admitted to practice in New York.
