Megan Low is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s Los Angeles office.  She is a member of the firm’s Consumer Litigation and Class Action practice group.  

Ms. Low’s practice includes federal, state, and multidistrict litigation, with a focus on commercial and class action matters.  She has successfully argued motions to dismiss, examined witnesses, and represented clients in mediation and settlement conferences.  In addition, she has extensive experience managing the discovery process in complex matters, including working with technical experts, collaborating closely with clients to identify and gather information, and developing e-discovery review protocols.  Her clients span a wide range of industries, including retailers, financial institutions, and manufacturers. 

Ms. Low recently received the State Bar of California’s Wiley W. Manuel Award for her pro bono work in 2010 and continues to maintain an active pro bono practice. 

Ms. Low earned her B.A., summa cum laude, in political science from the University of Southern California, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and was a member of the Trojan Debate Squad.  She received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was a Darrow Scholar.  While in law school, she participated in the Pediatric Advocacy Clinic and worked as a faculty research assistant.  Ms. Low also served as a judicial extern to Justice Earl Johnson, Jr. of the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District.
