Representative Experience

Abraxis BioScience, Inc.

We represent Abraxis BioScience as primary outside counsel providing general corporate, labor and employment, litigation, and patent strategic advice. We also provide preparation and prosecution of patent application and other related patent matters.

TL Ventures

We represented TL Ventures, as lead investor, in the Series B preferred share financing round for Nanotech Corporation, an emerging semiconductor foundry based in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. Silicon Storage Technology was a co-investor in this round.

Veeco Instruments, Inc.

We represented Veeco in a patent infringement action involving atomic force microscope technology. The matter settled on the eve of trial in the Central District of California with a cross license in which Asylum Research Corp. admitted the validity of Veeco's patents and agreed to an upfront fee and continuing royalty payments.
