The “Litigation Department of the Year” is one of the most intensely competitive evaluations undertaken by The American Lawyer. They invite submissions from the 200 largest law firms. The editors selected Morrison & Foerster’s Intellectual Property litigation practice as one of three Finalists and the firm’s overall litigation practice received Honorable Mention.
