Morrison & Foerster Represents Boyd Gaming in $250 Million Public Offering

Morrison & Foerster advised client Boyd Gaming Corporation on its recently announced $250 million public debt offering. The offering, consisting of senior subordinated notes due 2016, closed on January 30, 2006. Bank of America and Deutsche Bank served as co-book running managers on the deal. The Morrison & Foerster team included Bob Mattson, Brandon Parris, John Mitchell and Ryan Bates in Orange County, Kathy Johnstone, Kevin Cops and Raj Tanden in Los Angeles and Alice Wohn in San Francisco.

Boyd Gaming (BYD) is a NYSE-listed casino and entertainment company based in Las Vegas with 19 properties and operations in multiple locations around the country. Boyd is a long-time client of the firm.
