In the March/April 2006 issue of Corporate Board Member magazine, the firm's website, www.mofo.com, and in particular its posting of ongoing legal updates, earned a mention among the top "20 Websites Every Director Should Bookmark" under the Government, Law, and Regulation section. The Firm's website was one of only two law firms to earn this distinction.

The magazine surveyed the web for 20 sites which served as "invaluable resources" for directors, and recommended that the sites were "worth adding to your 'favorites' list" for they would allow directors to stay "on top of all kinds of fast-changing issues."

Of the firm's website, the magazine commented: "One recent posting, for instance is a summary of policy updates from Institutional Shareholder Services for the 2006 proxy season…Morrison & Foerster makes it especially easy to stay current by offering its legal updates free via e-mail, regardless of whether you are or aren't a client of the firm."
