For the third year in a row, Morrison & Foerster has been named to The American Lawyer’s "The A-List." The firm climbed five spots to rank sixth in this year's list.

In evaluating firms for The A-list, The American Lawyer magazine "aims to determine, as objectively as possible, the firms that have been able to build successful practices without abandoning the profession's core values." Four areas are examined in determining the top 20 from the legal profession's 200 largest law firms: pro bono performance, diversity in the workplace, treatment and development of young lawyers, and financial performance.
