A team of MoFo attorneys lead by Rich Scudellari in the Palo Alto office recently represented San Jose Sports & Entertainment Enterprises (SJSEE) in the purchase of the National Hockey League's San Jose Sharks, their rights in the Compaq Center at San Jose, as well as other interests. The Sharks are one of the hottest NHL teams this year and had been previously owned by life-long hockey enthusiast George Gund III.
