Morrison & Foerster was awarded for its work in the “Securitization Deal of the Year.” The award honors the firm for its representation of the arrangers and dealers in connection with the establishment of a covered bond issuance program and the first issuance from that program of U.S. dollar-denominated covered bonds. The transaction was the first dollar-denominated covered bond issuance in the United States by a U.S. depositary institution.
