Washington, D.C. January 8, 2007 – Morrison & Foerster partner Beth S. Brinkmann argued before the Supreme Court of the United States in Moylan v. Camacho, No. 06-116. Morrison & Foerster represents the Governor of Guam, Felix P. Camacho, in a dispute with the Attorney General of Guam over the proper interpretation of a federal law, the Guam Organic Act. Morrison & Foerster was retained by the Governor after the writ of certiorari was granted. The argument was Ms. Brinkmann’s 21st oral argument before the Supreme Court.
