Nicole Johnson is an associate in the State and Local Tax Group in Morrison & Foerster LLP’s New York office. Her practice focuses on state and local tax controversies at the audit, administrative, and judicial levels. Ms. Johnson’s practice encompasses matters regarding sales and use taxes, property taxes, franchise and income taxes, gross receipts taxes, insurance taxes, and telecommunication taxes, among others.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Johnson was a state and local tax manager with the accounting firm Ernst & Young, where she focused on complex state and local tax controversies and planning opportunities.
