Europe

In Europe, through our offices in London, Berlin and Brussels, we have built on our strengths of mergers and acquisitions; antitrust; capital markets; corporate finance; litigation; taxation; privacy; employment; and technology, media and telecommunications (TMT). Our clients range from newly established businesses to governments and listed companies, with operations across the globe.

From our London office, UK- and U.S.-qualified lawyers offer clients expertise across all major M&A, corporate, finance, restructuring, compliance and investigations, and litigation disciplines. We have particular expertise in the TMT, financial services, and energy and natural resources sectors. Our Brussels office is a key element of our globally integrated antitrust practice and our privacy and data security practices. Our attorneys work frequently with the European Commission and antitrust agencies in EU member states to obtain approval of mergers and acquisitions. Our German team represents clients in M&A transactions, corporate and commercial litigation, antitrust and sector-specific regulation, tax issues, labor and employment, and privacy. We have one of the strongest transactional and regulatory practices in the TMT sector, where we represent some of the world’s leading media and technology companies, along with many high-growth digital start-ups.
