FTC’s Sweeping Non-Compete Ban: Summary, States’ Views, and Litigation Challenges

Alex Okuliar, co-chair of Morrison Foerster’s global Antitrust Group, joins a panel of legal professionals from the U.S. Chamber Litigation Center, Wisconsin Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and private practice for a session titled “FTC’s Sweeping Non-Compete Ban: Summary, States’ Views, and Litigation Challenges.”
