Sandeep Nandivada Recognized as a D.C. Rising Star by the National Law Journal

The National Law Journal has named Government Contracts associate Sandeep Nandivada a 2020 D.C. Rising Star. The award recognizes the Washington, D.C. region’s 40 most promising lawyers under the age of 40 from a cross-section of practice areas—from appellate, to first amendment, to international trade.

Having created a niche practice that blends False Claims Act, investigations, and bid protest experience, Sandeep has worked on some of the most high-profile protests in recent years. He was part of a team that secured a victory for Vectrus Systems Corp. in the LOGCAP V bid protests, which involved complex procedural and substantive issues. He is also representing Amazon Web Services in its ongoing bid protest of the Department of Defense’s JEDI award.

Outside of his impressive work highlights, Sandeep holds a leadership position in the ABA’s Procurement and False Claims Committee; maintains a robust pro bono practice.
