Morrison & Foerster represented underwriters in connection with the $400 million bond offering of 2.900% Senior Notes due 2033 by Corporate Office Properties, L.P. (“COPLP”). The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Corporate Office Properties Trust, the sole general partner of COPLP. The senior notes offering settled on November 17, 2021.
