Morrison Foerster was awarded Impact Deal of the Year by International Tax Review at its 2022 ITR EMEA Awards ceremony. The firm was recognized for advising Cambridge Quantum Computing (CQC) on its combination with Honeywell Quantum Solutions.
The combination will create the world’s leading integrated quantum computing company, setting the pace for what is projected to become a $1 trillion quantum computing industry over the next three decades.
