Timothy Chen Saulsbury Named to Bloomberg Law’s They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40

San Francisco partner Timothy Chen Saulsbury has been named to Bloomberg Law’s They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40 list for 2023. The award recognizes the accomplishments of stellar young lawyers nationwide, highlighting those who have achieved notable successes, attained the biggest wins for their clients, executed in the leadership roles they’ve undertaken, and handled extensive pro bono work. Tim was one of four honorees nationwide in the Intellectual Property category.

Bloomberg’s profile highlights Tim’s wins as lead counsel in a $1.5B patent suit involving end-to-end encryption technology and in securing a complete defense verdict in a competitor patent trial. It also highlighted Tim’s contributions to building an organization in which more junior attorneys—especially women and people of color—have meaningful opportunities to thrive.
