Hubbell has joined the firm's Los Angeles office as a partner in its Securities Litigation, Enforcement and White-Collar Criminal Defense Practice Group. Mr. Hubbell brings over 20 years of experience in securities litigation and accountants' liability actions, representing individuals and major companies in civil trials, arbitrations and appeals, as well as in SEC and DOJ investigations.

Mr. Hubbell has served as lead counsel on numerous securities and consumer class actions, multi-district proceedings and unfair business practice cases. He has successfully defended clients in every phase of litigation through verdict and appeal.

Mr. Hubbell joins from the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

Mr. Hubbell served as law clerk to the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Loyola Law School, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review, and received his B.A. from Loyola Marymount University.
