We represented Alexandria Real Estate Equities in a $268 million public offering of common stock and a $240 million Rule 144A offering of Senior Convertible Notes.

Clean Energy Fuels Corp.

We closed a $35 million registered direct offering for Clean Energy Fuels Corp., the leading provider of natural gas fuel for transportation in North America.

Gemstar-TV Guide International, Inc.

We represented Gemstar-TV Guide International, Inc. in connection with an investigation by SEC's Pacific Regional Office arising from a $250 million accounting restatement, which was resolved without any fraud-based sanctions.

SEC v. Credit Bancorp

As court-appointed receiver since 2000, we led an effort to identify and recover $200 million that had been lost in a Ponzi scheme.

SEC v. Kennedy, et al.

As lead counsel for the former CEO of TenFold Corp. and other defendants in SEC v. Kennedy, et al. (D. Utah), we achieved a complete victory against the SEC in this accounting and disclosure fraud case. The SEC dropped all charges against the defendants just 30 days before trial.

Southwest Gas Corporation

We represented Southwest Gas Corporation in its $75 million tender offer for multiple series of its industrial development revenue bonds.
