Tyson E. Marshall

Tyson Marshall is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster's San Diego office and a member of the firm's Securities Litigation, Enforcement, and White-Collar Defense Group. His practice focuses on representing companies and their officers and directors in securities class actions, merger and derivative litigation and investigations, administrative proceedings, and lawsuits brought by the enforcement divisions of regulatory agencies, including the SEC, FINRA, and the California Department of Corporations. He represents companies, including their audit committees, in connection with internal investigations.
