Vena Cheng is an Of Counsel of Morrison & Foerster’s Hong Kong office. Her practice focuses on white collar and government defense, antitrust and competition, complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Cheng was a senior attorney in the litigation department of a leading international law firm, where she advised a number of major China and foreign companies on a wide variety of internal investigations, white collar criminal defense, antitrust matters as well as contractual and tortious disputes.
Ms. Cheng obtained her LL.B from University of London and her P.C.LL. from University of Hong Kong. Ms. Cheng is admitted in New York, Hong Kong and England and Wales. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
