Yoshinobu Mizutani is involved in various cross-border and Japanese domestic M&A transactions, representing both Japanese and non-Japanese companies. He also provides clients with legal advice regarding general corporate matters involving corporation laws.
Mr. Mizutani graduated from Sophia University Faculty of Law in 1999, completed his legal studies and apprenticeship program at The Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan in 2002 (55th term), was admitted to the Japan bar in 2002, and is a member of The Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association. Mr. Mizutani also graduated from Columbia University School of Law (LL.M.) in 2005 where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
