Regulates Artificial Intelligence Systems (Bill 16821-19) (Introduced May 7, 2024)
General

The Bill would require developers, providers, and users of AI systems, irrespective of the risk classification, to ensure that the AI systems are designed and developed in such a way that people are informed that they are interacting with an AI system. Developers, suppliers, and users are required to notify the government in the event of a serious incident or malfunction.
