Circular on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use and Development Adopted (December 19, 2023)
This Circular, issued by the Ministry of Communications and Information, outlines three key policies: ethical values, implementation of ethical values, and responsibility in AI use and development. The circular also provides guidelines for implementing these values, such as using AI to support human activities, protecting privacy and data, and supervising use to prevent misuse.
Guide To The Code Of Ethics For Responsible And Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence (Ai) In The Financial Technology Industry (December 2023)
A Code of Ethics jointly issued by the Financial Services Authority and four Fintech associations in Indonesia, the Indonesian Fintech Association (AFTECH), the Indonesian Sharia Fintech Association (AFSI), the Indonesian Joint Funding Fintech Association (AFPI), and the Indonesian Crowdfunding Services Association (ALUDI).
