Law No. 31814: Promoting The Use Of Artificial Intelligence In Favor Of The Economic And Social Development Of The Country (July 5, 2023)
The purpose of this law is to promote the use of AI within the framework of the national process of digital transformation privileging the person and respect for human rights in order to promote the economic and social development of the country, in a safe environment that guarantees its ethical, sustainable, transparent, replicable and responsible use.
