Principles, Studies, & Recommendations
General
These guidelines, issued by the Serbian government, incorporate the principles set out in the UNESCO Recommendation on the Ethics of AI. The government recommends their use by public and private sector entities when establishing and using AI systems. These guidelines are intended to lay the groundwork for the adoption of Serbian AI legislation aligned with EU AI Act.
