Law No. ZRU-1115 (Effective January 21, 2026)
A statutory amendment to Uzbekistan's Law "On Informatization" and Code of Administrative Liability that establishes AI as a state policy priority, sets baseline substantive safeguards, and creates an administrative penalty for unlawful AI-driven processing or dissemination of personal data.
Rules of Ethics for the Development, Implementation and Use of Artificial Intelligence-Based Solutions (Effective June 17, 2026)
A ministerial order that supplements Law No. ZRU-1115 with binding governance duties for AI developers, implementers, and users.
