Affinity Program

Morrison Foerster’s Affinity Program is made up of 12 cross-office, partner-led networks, 30+ office-specific, associate-led groups and 1 Allies Network. Overseen by our Affinity Network Partner Leads and supported by the We@MoFo team, our affinity groups host in-office social gatherings, community impact initiatives, and programming for culturally significant events, as well as support recruiting and onboarding efforts. All attorneys and business professionals are invited to join our Affinity Program regardless of background or identity. Affinity Network Leadership

Each Affinity Network is led by partners, appointed by firm leadership, to provide guidance and direction to the firm’s local affinity groups. They play a strategic role in fostering inclusion, supporting integration across offices, and guiding meaningful programming. Together, these partners form the Affinity Network Leadership Committee, a consultative and collaborative body that helps to strengthen firm culture through visibility, connection, and alignment across the networks.
