Diversity is deeply ingrained in MoFo’s culture. More than twenty years ago, we adopted a diversity mission statement that said we would “continue our work to break down barriers to equal opportunity, to value fully the differences among people in our organization while recognizing our similarities, and to create an atmosphere in which each individual can develop his or her potential to the fullest extent possible.”

So far, our diversity efforts have been recognized. For 13 consecutive years, we have been named to The American Lawyer’s A-List, which takes into account nonfinancial measures such as diversity in recognizing the top 20 firms in the United States. Vault’s 2017 guide ranks us among the top 15 firms for LGBT diversity, the top 20 for minorities, and the top 20 for overall diversity.
