Aaron Scheinman is an associate in MoFo’s global Antitrust Law Practice Group.
Aaron represents clients in a variety of antitrust matters, including complex civil litigation, government investigations, and all phases of the merger review process before federal and state enforcers. He helps companies identify and navigate antitrust risks created by new and evolving technologies, with experience in matters relating to artificial intelligence, online platforms, and the interplay between IP rights and antirust claims.
His active pro bono practice includes litigation in state and federal courts protecting tenants’ rights and the right to vote.
Prior to joining the firm, Aaron received his J.D. with honors from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a technology law and policy scholar and the articles editor of The Georgetown Law Technology Review. During law school, he interned at the Federal Trade Commission and the Federal District Court for the District of New Hampshire. He earned a B.S summa cum laude in economics with a minor in computer science from the University of New Hampshire.
