Aarti Gupta is an associate in the firm’s Finance Group.

Aarti’s practice is primarily focused on representing banks, public and private borrowers, and other financial institutions in single- and multi-lender transactions with regional, national, and international companies engaged in the areas of technology, energy, real estate, and private equity and their portfolio companies.

Aarti represents clients in all aspects of secured lending, including asset-based financing, mezzanine financing, acquisition finance, and international financing transactions.
