Adam’s practice primarily focuses on investigations and cross-border litigations.
Adam earned his J.D. cum laude from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law where he was the articles editor of the Journal of Law and Social Policy.
Prior to joining MoFo, Adam worked as an associate at a leading international law firm. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.

- A global pharmaceutical company in a multidistrict litigation and class action concerning price-fixing, bid rigging, and conspiracy, with the cases consolidated in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
- A large healthcare service company and its shareholders in relation to claims concerning breach of fiduciary duty, business tort, and insurance coverage in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
