Adrian Almaguer is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s New York office and a member of the Complex Litigation Group. His practice focuses on civil litigation matters and commercial disputes.

He has broad experience with contract disputes, privacy litigation, multidistrict litigation, and claims involving civil fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, civil conspiracy, and civil negligence. He is well versed in all stages of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.

Adrian received his J.D. from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. He also received the Masin Family Academic Excellence Gold Award for his achievements in labor law. Adrian received his B.A from Occidental College in diplomacy and world affairs.
