Dr. Adrienne Cohen focuses her work on patent drafting and assisting in prosecution, with an emphasis on immunotherapy, immunology, and cancer biology.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Adrienne earned her Ph.D. in cellular, molecular, and biomedical science at Columbia University, where she studied tumor immunology, immunotherapy, adaptive immunity, endocrinology, and receptor signaling. As a graduate researcher, Adrienne investigated the mechanism of action for a novel cancer immunotherapeutic target.
She received her B.Sc. in cellular, molecular, and developmental biology with departmental honors from the University of Washington, where her research focused on the role of redox signaling in chronic kidney disease. Prior to that, she graduated with distinction with her B.A. in archaeology from Duke University, where she researched primate ontogeny at the Duke Lemur Center as well as aided in the archaeological analysis of ancient human remains in Romania.
