Adrienne Davis is an associate in Morrison Foerster's San Francisco office and a member of the firm's Emerging Companies + Venture Capital Group.

Adrienne advises emerging companies across all stages of their corporate lifecycle, from formation and corporate governance to venture capital financings and exit strategies. With extensive experience representing both startups and venture capital funds, Adrienne navigates investments ranging from pre-seed to growth-stage financings.

Adrienne’s experience includes drafting and negotiating venture capital financing documents, including convertible notes, SAFEs, and preferred stock financings. Additionally, Adrienne manages and performs due diligence for M&A and venture capital transactions.

Adrienne earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she was awarded a Certificate in Business Law. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from The University of the South.
