Alexander is a finance associate in Morrison Foerster’s Boston office.

Alexander’s practice focuses on representing banks and other financial institutions in both single- and multi-lender financing transactions involving private equity and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies.

Prior to joining the firm, Alexander was a Summer Associate in the firm’s Boston office. He previously served as a Judicial Extern at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and as a Legal Intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office – District of Maine.

Alexander earned his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School, where he was a Senior Editor on the Boston College Law Review. He also holds a B.A. from Bates College in Chinese with a concentration in applying mathematical methods and served as a varsity men’s rowing captain.
