Alexander Jansche advises German and international clients on national and cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, and on corporate law.
He studied at Freie Universität Berlin, focusing on corporate and intellectual property law.
During and after his studies, he worked as a research assistant at both a boutique and an international law firm in the areas of intellectual property, digital regulatory and media law.
Alexander completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin. During his clerkship, he worked at a major multinational law firm on corporate/M&A teams in London and Munich, in the legal department of a DAX-listed financial services company, and at the German Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport in the unit responsible for the legal framework for digital services and media regulation.
Alexander is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s German office in Berlin and a member of the M&A Practice Group.
