Alexander Laute advises clients with a focus on European and German antitrust and competition law, in particular in antitrust damages proceedings and antitrust proceedings before German and European courts, as well as in merger control proceedings before the European Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office.

Before joining Morrison Foerster, he worked as an associate at international law firms in Zurich and Hamburg, focusing on antitrust and competition law as well as dispute resolution before national courts and arbitration tribunals.

He is an associate in Morrison Foerster's Brussels office and a member of the Antitrust Practice Group.
