Allison Anker is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Business Restructuring + Insolvency Group.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster as an associate, Allison was a summer associate at the firm. She also served as a Bergstrom Fellow at the Michigan Law Child Advocacy Law Clinic and worked with a Michigan state legislative office on research and policy initiatives.

Allison earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she served as associate editor of the Michigan Journal of Gender and Law. She received her B.B.A. summa cum laude in business law, with minors in political science and general business, from Western Michigan University, graduating with presidential scholar honors.
