Yoon Hyun (Allison) Cho is a member of the firm’s Finance group.

She represents lenders and borrowers in all aspects of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition and leveraged financing, project financing, and asset-based financing. She advises a diverse set of clients across the healthcare, finance, technology and entertainment sectors on structuring credit facilities and negotiating and drafting credit documents.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Allison was an associate at another major law firm in New York. She is fluent in Korean and maintains basic communication skills in Mandarin.
