Amanda Potter’s practice focuses on patent litigation, including high-stakes life sciences and medical device matters.

Amanda assists clients with due diligence, patent portfolio assessment, and developing and coordinating global freedom-to-operate and enforcement strategies. She has represented clients in matters related to biologic and small-molecule drugs, medical devices, vaccines, dermatologic products, and software. Her practice includes representing clients in U.S. federal district and appellate courts, inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and ICC arbitration.

Amanda is experienced in all phases of complex patent infringement disputes, including pre-suit investigations, expert and fact discovery, trial preparation, trial, and appeals to the Federal Circuit.
