Amanda Ritchie is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group.
Amanda’s practice focuses on commercial real estate finance and transactional matters. Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Amanda was an associate at another leading law firm, where she represented commercial banks, private equity funds, REITs, and institutional investors in a broad range of real estate transactions. Her experience includes mortgage and mezzanine financings, acquisitions and dispositions, secondary market loan trades, and CMBS transactions.
Amanda earned her J.D. from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and her B.A. from Fordham University.
