Andre Tan’s practice focuses on private equity and mergers and acquisitions.

Andre advises private equity funds, financial sponsors, and public and private companies, in cross-border and Asia–focused M&A and investment transactions. His work spans corporate acquisitions, asset disposals, and majority and minority equity investments.

Before joining Morrison Foerster, Andre practiced with other leading international law firms in London and Singapore.

He is fluent in English and Mandarin and has working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
