Andrea Cheung is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Hong Kong office. Her practice focuses on investigation and dispute resolution matters for multinational and Asia-based companies. Andrea has experience in investigating allegations of corruption, fraud, and other business misconduct in China.

Andrea has also assisted in contentious proceedings and arbitration-related matters in Hong Kong and overseas.

Prior to obtaining her law degree, Andrea worked as a Consultant in the Global Risk and Investigations Practice of a global consulting firm, conducting discreet due diligence, fraud investigations, and asset searches in collaboration with the firm’s Forensic Accounting and Litigation Group.

Andrea is fluent in English and Cantonese, and proficient in Mandarin.
