Andrew Monioudis is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Austin office and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital markets, and general corporate counseling.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Andrew was an associate at another leading law firm, where he represented private equity sponsors and public and private companies in strategic transactions, including joint ventures, equity investments, and corporate governance matters across the energy, healthcare, and technology sectors. He also worked on securities offerings and advised public company clients on SEC reporting and disclosure requirements.
Andrew earned his J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law, where he served as a research editor of The Review of Litigation. He earned his B.S. in business administration, summa cum laude, from Ohio State University
