Annette Sheridan serves as Chief People Officer at Morrison Foerster, where she plays a pivotal role in leading the firm’s global people strategy for attorneys and business professionals. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing talent management, professional development, recruiting, employee engagement, and other strategic initiatives that support the firm’s culture of excellence. She collaborates closely with firm leadership to further strengthen and innovate on the firm’s talent development efforts and enhance the workplace experience across its global platform.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Annette served as Chief Human Resources Officer at another AmLaw 50 international law firm, where she spent the last 20 years and held various senior leadership roles. She brings over 25 years of experience leading global human resources and talent functions across multinational organizations. Over the span of her career, she has spearheaded scalable HR frameworks, fostered inclusive workplaces, and aligned people strategies with long-term business objectives.

Annette received her B.A. from the University of Liverpool, her M.A. in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University, and her M.B.A. from Henley Business School.
