Anthony Krueger is a corporate associate based in the firm’s Austin office.

Anthony represents clients in a variety of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, as well as general corporate governance and compliance matters.

Anthony has extensive M&A experience representing buyers and sellers in complex transactions, including stock sales, mergers, asset sales, leveraged buy outs, spinoffs, and recapitalizations. He also advises venture capital firms, entrepreneurs, and emerging-growth companies in financings, ranging from pre-seed to late stage investment rounds, entity and fund formation, and other corporate transactions.

Anthony’s clients include private and public companies, institutional investors and emerging-growth companies in a variety of industries including technology, energy, biotechnology and food and beverage.

Anthony served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Helene N. White in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Susan G. Braden in the United States Court of Federal Claims.
