Anthony Krueger is an associate in the Emerging Companies + Venture Capital practice based in the firm’s Austin office.
Anthony represents high-growth startups and the investors who fund them, guiding clients through every stage of the company lifecycle—from formation and seed financings to growth equity rounds and strategic exits.
Anthony regularly counsels founders, management teams, and venture capital funds on structuring, negotiating, and executing capital-raising transactions. His practice also includes advising on mergers and acquisitions involving venture-backed companies, where he draws on his experience handling both buy-side and sell-side deals across the technology, AI, defense tech, and life sciences sectors.
In addition to his client work, Anthony is active in Austin’s dynamic startup ecosystem and contributes to MoFo’s broader ECVC initiatives. He is actively involved in industry events and is a frequent speaker on legal issues and fundraising for startups at universities and startup-focused events in the Austin, Texas.
Anthony served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Helene N. White in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Susan G. Braden in the United States Court of Federal Claims.
