Aron Estaver is of counsel in the Palo Alto office of Morrison Foerster and a member of the firm’s Private Funds Group.
Aron has extensive experience representing and advising U.S. domestic and global fund sponsors and institutional and high-net-worth investors in connection with the formation and operation of, and/or investments in, hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, secondary funds, infrastructure funds, funds-of-funds, social impact funds, and other private funds that pursue a broad range of investment strategies.
Aron has advised clients regarding the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the National Futures Association, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, state “blue sky” securities regulators, and similar regulatory, registration, and compliance matters applicable to investment advisers, commodity pool operators, and commodity trading advisors.
